The Young Living Deep Relief Roll-On is wonderful for sore muscles and minor aches and pains, but what about headaches?
I always get headaches in front, feels like my forehead is pounding and my brain exploding. I’ve tried applying Deep Relief to my temples or right on my forehead… but doesn’t really help. The tingling of the oils on my skin numbs the pain for a bit, but it never really takes the headache away.
However, my mom has great success with Deep Relief for her stress headaches. She’s been suffering from headaches for as long as I can remember and so she ends up taking a lot of advil. At the end of a long day or if she’s having a particularly stressful day, she gets a headache in the back of her head, towards her neck. When she applies the deep relief she says, she feels so much better. By the time she gets home from work, her headache is gone!
I’m so excited for her and she also agrees that when she has a more intense headache in the front (like mine) then the deep relief is much less effective.
So there you go. 2 separate experiences using Deep Relief roll on for headaches. If you are new to using Deep Relief take it easy at first. It can be pretty intense and some people say it burns too much to handle. It’s different for everyone, so use a little bit at a time to start.
