I’ve always had trouble drinking water during the day. It’s not that I don’t like water, I just kinda… forget. I have my morning lemon-water, then coffee and then… before you know it… it’s wine time!
Lately I’ve been doing much better. Drinking at least 20oz of water of not more (It’s not the recommended 8 cups, but hey… it’s better than nothin). My husband has also been cutting out lemonade and juices and drinking more water. To make the water a little more flavorful, we add 1 drop of Orange Essential oil into our glass water bottles.
We can refill our bottles 2-3 times and still taste the flavor of the oil. It’s great! If you’re going to use an Essential Oil to flavor your water, remember…no plastic! The oil can break down the plastic and then you don’t want to be drinking that.
